The site is for hire for members of Girlguiding UK,
Scouts and other organisations for weekly, evening or day stays.

insurance when hiring Ty Clwyd.
There is a 1 storey building house which can sleep up to 31 people and
there are 4 unequipped campsites with flush toilets and showers.
The main hall in the house is large and bright with a view across one of
its campsites and the hills beyond. It will accommodate approximately
100 for meetings and there is conference equipment including an LCD
projector and a pull down screen. (Hirers must supply their own
laptops).
The sitting room is equipped with comfortable chairs, coffee tables, a
small printer/copier and pay phone, it can accommodate 10 for small
meetings.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large cooker and grill,
fridge/freezer, 2 microwaves and a full selection of cooking equipment.
(A small first aid kit is available which if used must be reported)
The two dormitories sleep 12 in each room. They are furnished with
sturdy pine bunk beds and the 2 leaders rooms have a combination of
single and bunk beds. The first Aid room has a single bed and a
folding camp bed.
The 4 campsites have access to showers and toilets and to a barn which
can be used for storage and dry shelter.
There is a campfire circle available at the top of campsite 2 (Onnen),
please refer to the map in the 'campsite details' menu.
The site facilities may be booked at any time however, it is important
to note that prices are reviewed on an annual basis and changes are
generally made around October time. Girlguiding Clwyd reserve the right
to change their prices when appropriate and these charges will be
attributed to the hirer.
We request that all damage is reported so that we can carry out the
necessary work or replace items immediately. Significant damage only
will be charged for.
We recommend a visit to fully appreciate the facilities available.
