Bedrooms |
- 2 dormitories with 6 bunk beds each
room sleeping 12. Each bunk is covered with a mattress cover and
sheeting, which is regularly changed. Pillows and sleeping bags,
sheets and/or duvets are needed. Each bed has its own plastic box
for storage of individual possessions.
- 2 leaders rooms with 1 single bed and
1 bunk bed sleeping 3 in each room. Each bunk is covered with a
mattress cover and sheeting. Pillows and sleeping bags, sheets
and/or duvets are needed.
There is a small chest of draws and a bedside lamp in each of the
leader's rooms. 1 room has a kettle for tea making facilities.
- 1 first aid room with single bed and
wash basin. There is a fold away bed, chair, bedside table and lamp.
A hairdryer is kept in this room.
- In case of emergency, there are spare
duvets, pillows, blankets and sleeping bags in the large cupboard in
the main hall.

- Fully equipped with pots, pans,
utensils, cutlery and china.
- Large 6 jet gas cooker with oven and
grill. (Matches and spill required)
- Double sink and hand wash sink. There
are extra plastic washing up bowls
- Fridge/Freezer
- 2 Electric kettles
- 2 Microwave ovens
- 2 Large toasters
- Cupboard facilities for food storage
- Hatch through to both the activity
room and sitting room.

- Clothes Dryer which can be used
outside on the kitchen patio.

- Glass cabinet sowing items for sale in
the shop

visitors to complete when visiting the site

complete during their stay

Washrooms |
- One with 2 toilets, 3 wash hand basins
and 2 showers. Each shower has a non slip mat
- One for leaders with toilet, wash hand
basin and shower. The shower had a non slip mat.
- One male toilet with hand basin.
- One room with toilet, shower, 4 wash
hand basins and a disabled area with toilet, wash hand basin and
shower. In this room the showers are token operated electric showers
(50p) - tokens are available from the warden.
- This room is closed to the house if
people are using campsite 4.

- Table trolley with 11 large Gopak
tables and 6 small Gopak tables stored in the cupboard
- Chair rack with fold away chairs

stored in the shed
- Plenty of notice boards around the
room for posters etc. (there are also several notice boards at
various points around the house)
- Flip chart stand - visitors will need
to bring their own flip chart pad and pens
- Several different resources in the
main cupboard
- LCD Projector and screen - Hirers will
need to bring their own laptop. (Hand starter and speakers available
from the warden)
